These terms apply when you book a repair with Repair Service India. By booking, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Repair Service India is an independent repair company for refrigerators, washing machines and air conditioners, serving Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai. We are not an authorised service centre of any appliance brand and are not affiliated with any manufacturer. See our Disclaimer.
2. Charges

3. Quotes
After the inspection, the technician gives you a quote for labour and parts. The quote is binding: we will not charge more than the quote. If we find another fault during the repair, we stop, explain it and give you a new quote. Extra work is done only with your approval.
4. Booking and visit times
We confirm the visit time by phone or WhatsApp. Same-day visits are often possible when you book before {CUTOFF_TIME}, but depend on technician availability and are not guaranteed.
5. Payment
Payment is due when the work is finished (or, if you decline the repair, when the inspection is done). We give you an invoice for every payment.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give safe access to the appliance and a working power point.
- Tell us if the appliance is under the manufacturer's warranty. Outside repair may affect that warranty, so we recommend contacting the manufacturer first.
7. Warranty
Repair Service India does not offer a separate service warranty on repairs. Anything we agree in writing on your invoice applies.

9. Liability
We take reasonable care during every repair. We are not responsible for faults that existed before our visit or that are unrelated to the work we did. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
